Dental Implant, Restorative and CBCT Courses
The Implant Course is a structured programme of didactic
study delivered through a series of interactive lectures, seminars, hands-on training, live surgery and mentored clinical treatment. All courses are run by Richard in small manageable groups
The CADE Implant Course is carried out in line with GDC implant training requirements.
The course is ideally suited for any General Dental Practitioner wishing to develop their knowledge of implant dentistry and is designed for dentists with little or no experience in implant dentis
try.
Throughout this course participants will receive extensive teaching enabling them to diagnose and treatment plan cases to provide predictable implant dentistry in practice as an integral part of the comprehensive patient care they offer.
The course will also aim to aid and assist any interested delegate through the diploma in implantology from RCS Edinburgh.

Minor oral surgery experience is desirable but certainly not a prerequisite for entry onto the course. In line with current directives, delegates will be required to complete a log book of the cases they treat and observe. Regular short examinations and case presentations will be carried out to monitor the development and progress of the delegate.
The Course will provide an opportunity for further instruction in basic and advanced implant surgical techniques at an institution we believe to be world class.
Delegates will be asked to bring their own patients to the live surgery sessions where they will be able to place and restore implants under direct supervision. Dr Richard Brookshaw will also provide one to one mentoring outside of the course by arrangement.
